All items purchased are final sale. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items.
*Returns + exchanges are only allowed on items that are defective. Please email: freshmanyearco@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @freshmanyearco_ with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.
If defective item is shipped back, the item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. The item must be in original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable). If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank. We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
